  1. ARP ESSER funds Resolution for Eagle Learning Center
    WHEREAS, the Eagle Learning Center Board of Directors held a public hearing on September 13, 2021 during which local community members and parents/guardians were invited to attend and provide input regarding the use of ARP ESSER funds;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors approves the planned use of ARP ESSER funds.

The Board shall hold a Public Hearing to allow for public comment on the use of ARP ESSER funds, pursuant to requirements set forth by the Ohio Department of Education and provides for an opportunity for public comment on the ARP ESSER use of funds.

The Public Hearing is scheduled on the agenda of the regular meeting of the governing authority:
